01 Volume decides it. Not bedrooms.
Everything else scales off measured volume — vehicle, crew, how long the day runs. The loft, the garage and the shed are the commonest reason a phone estimate turns out to be wrong, and all three are almost always coming.

Cost follows labour and labour follows the carry, which is why a small fourth-floor flat can cost more than a large house with a driveway. Five questions settle most of it — floor, lift, stairwell turn, communal door, parking.

Genuinely the efficient answer below roughly a well-filled one-bed. Above it, two trips and a long day cost more than a properly sized removal would have. We will say which side you are on.

Not priced per mile. What matters is whether loading, driving and unloading fit inside a working day — a threshold rather than a gradient, and the reason a straight answer about one day or two matters more than a discount.

Four things move the number: how much is going, the access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and how far it travels. Not the season, not how urgent it sounds, not what somebody else quoted.
That also makes quotes comparable. If you are weighing us against another firm, check both have measured the same volume and assume the same packing depth — most of the difference between two prices lives there.
Unsure which you need? Describe it on the quote form. Questions covers what comes up next, and coverage shows where we work.
