What helps most
- Both addresses, including the floor at each end and whether there is a lift
- Roughly how much there is — including the loft, garage, shed and anything oversized
- The access at each end: parking, stairs, lift, gates, lanes
- How much packing you want done, and whether anything needs storing
- Whether the move crosses the country, and your date even if it is provisional
What happens next
We read it, come back to arrange a survey, and quote in writing afterwards. The quote states the volume we measured and the access we found, so you can compare it properly against anyone else's.
